New Pirates does ridiculous before the Weekend

Okay, so according to Box Office Mojo the new Pirates movie is estimated as grossing about $17 Million on Thursday alone. It was already expected to do $160 Million over the four day weekend (Fri-Mon) and this news of $17 Million on the first night is just ridiculous. It is important to note that this movie has the widest release of any movie in history, beating out the record Spider-Man 3 set earlier this year.

If this is any indication of the future success of this film, prepare to watch Pirates:AWE put a wig and lipstick on the current records and bend them over for a good ol’ fashioned corn holing. I will be seeing this movie over the weekend, and I’m honestly pumped up to indescribable level of excitement.
