Update on Life

Basically, it’s been over a month since I last wrote anything. I’ve really just been enjoying my summer vacation from school - hanging out with friends, reading, writing, and WoWing it up. I decided to make this post because as of this moment it is 5:57 AM. My sleep schedule is a little bit off.

First off, I’m a huge fan of the movie Fight Club. If you haven’t seen it yet, die. As much as I hate to the like the man, Brad Pitt is a damn fine actor. Plus he’s dropped his dipstick in both Angelina Jolie and Jennifer Aniston. Props to the man for kicking life’s ass. Edward Norton is just all around awesome too. He blew me away in 25th Hour, was a bad ass among bad asses in American History X, and showed a little range in Death to Smoochie. I bring this up for two reasons: friend of mine PRudz has recently written about actual fight clubs appearing all over the country. And also, I’ve been reading a Chuck Palahniuk novel, Haunted. For those of you who don’t know, he wrote Fight Club. He writes gruesome tales about American personalities and issues with a wicked humor that is so accurate, it makes my scrotum hurt. I have another of his novels up next after I finish the current one.

I’m actually working on a short story of sorts. Hopefully, it will be done soon and I can post it up for all five (maybe six) of you to read. I’m going to try and actually get some sleep, however doubtful I am of my success.
