Laundry Time

As we grow older, we mature and begin to take on new responsibilities. I had never done my own laundry– that is, until I came to college. Since then, I’ve taken more responsibility for my actions, become a much more introspectrive person, and a man of my own laundry. However, even with my growing skills, sometimes it’s nice to have things taken care of for me. When I go home, my mom does laundry and cooks for me. Tonight was laundry night here in the dorms. Normally, I don’t do it until very late at night to avoid full machines, but I had to get started a little earlier, as I had things to do. A couple machines were in use, so I grabbed the first empty one. The timer said there was 37 minutes so I came back loaded the wet clothes into my dryer after that. The dryer time was a bit longer, so I forgot about it and came down about 15 minutes late. But to my surprise, I found all my clothes nice and neatly stacked on the dryer. So, to that masked folder of clothes, midnight rider of laundry, my hat is off to you. Thanks.
